Terri Carr and Joy Lerman have worked together as consultants and facilitators in the not-for-profit social services sector for more than 15 years.  We have a special interest in providing training to the Child Care community. Our unique approach to training is the result of combining our extensive backgrounds in health and social services management, early childhood education and social work.

We are at the forefront for providing training to the child care sector in the areas of employment contracts, human rights code training, workplace accommodation, workplace violence and harassment.

 

We partner with law firms that have extensive experience working in the Child Care sector. Their expertise  has allowed us to co-develop templates, sample policies, and manuals to specifically address the needs of this sector.
